Last week, KS1 classes went to the iconic Barbican to experience a concert with the London Symphony Orchestra! This production shone a spotlight on the amazing percussion section of the orchestra and our children heard a lot of interesting sounds from instruments such as a snare drum, woodblock, tubular bells and a timpani! They also sang Can You Feel the Beat? and Never Gonna Stop! which Jack taught the children so well beforehand. Thanks to the School Visits Fund City of London for enabling this trip to take place. Everyone had a great time.
