Thanks to Scarabeus Aerial Theatre, Flying Families got off to a flying start this term.

Year 5 and 6 children are taking part in a series of exciting lessons with this theatre group.  They explore ways to raise the profile of science in schools, inspiring children to enjoy science and engineering. This term, they are teaching physics to these children through aerial flying! Sessions focus on exploring flying, forces at play and pulley and lever systems.

If you’d like to know more about this great theatre group, please check their website:  Flying Hands

Additional sessions are also proving a great way for our grown-ups and children to spend quality time together and meet other families at Pakeman, after school.
