Over the past few weeks, year 3 and 4 have been working on the art unit ‘Craft and Design: Fabric of nature.’ They have used inspiration from different artists who have focused on nature such as rainforests, plants, vines and animals to work on different art techniques each week. They have really been great at focusing on the smaller details in their drawings. They have then used their ideas and work to create a final ‘batik’ piece using fabric, glue and paint. The work they have produced has been brilliant!
