Pakeman Daily Mile Runners

Pakeman children have recently begun running the daily mile. The Daily Mile is an initiative that encourages people to walk or run for 15 minutes daily to improve their physical, social, emotional and mental health. 11,660 schools are currently taking part across 79 countries with 2,309,784 children running. These numbers keep growing all the time. Pakeman children run their mile around the playground. The Daily Mile Foundation has also introduced Fit For Life, a version of The Daily Mile inspired by the children’s movement. It’s aimed at ages 11+, and can be done in a whole host of other work and living settings. So, if you want to get fit why not take a look at the website and get running!
